Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this research project was to detect and evaluate alloantibodies in sensitized renal recipients’ blood serum using microsphere-based Luminex assay, which is very sensitive and specific. To fulfil this aim, we used 34 recipients’ blood serum (n=60). The data collected from 2013 until 2017 years with microsphere-based Luminex assay was used for evaluation of antibodies frequency by renal recipient gender, ABO system blood group, and intensity of sensitization evaluated with different methods. After statistical analysis we identify, that the most frequent antibodies in analysis group was against HLA–A11, HLA–B35, HLA–DR51, HLA–DR15(2), and HLA–DQ4 antigens. Between all ABO system blood groups the highest frequency of HLA antibodies was of HLA–A24(9), HLA–B35, HLA–DR4, and HLA–DQ4 antigens. Also, we identify, that intensity of sensitization by MFI statistically significant distribute between HLA classes and types, but do not depend from gender of renal recipient. |
