Abstract [eng] The author analyses the problems of acsthctics according to Dicltics' institutional thcory of art. The author criticizcs the closed thcory of acsthetics refering on Weitz, Baudrillard, and the some examplcs of art. Acsthetics don't explain the new cases of the art and trcatiscs the individuals as the clons of the culture. ln contrast to the closed aesthetics theory the author brings out philosophical poetics. Philosophical poetics is both narrower and broader than acsthetics because it is supported with poetical forms but has ethical and existential aspirations.
