Abstract [eng] Diamond structures containing color centers are very promising in quantum sensing. NV, SiV and GeV color centers can be used for magnetic, electric fields and temperature sensing and imaging. Diamond’s biological compatibility and easy functionalization makes this material promising in quantum biosensing. In this work, diamond samples fabricated using chemical vapor deposition method were investigated using optical spectroscopy techniques. Measured fluorescence spectra and kinetics with 375 nm and 470 nm excitation revealed the optical properties of observed 389 nm, 468 nm and NV0 color centers. The fluorescence dependence on temperature was investigated in the biological temperature range. The observed changes in fluorescence can be explained as a result of electron-phonon coupling and increased non-radiative relaxation processes at higher temperatures. Fluorescence lifetime and ZPL and PSB intensity ratio dependences on temperature could be applied in all-optical thermometry. Diamond samples were investigated using CARS microspectroscopy techniques. CARS microspectroscopy is useful for imaging of crystal materials. It was found that certain metallic (gold and titanium) nanostructures can enhance resonant Diamond CARS signal.
