Abstract [eng] Strontium titanate is an electronic and ionic conductor. In this work, strontium titanate, in which strontium is partially replaced by lanthanum, gadolinium or neodymium, was studied by impedance spectroscopy methods. The aim of this work was to investigate the influence of Sr²⁺ ion substitutions by Gd³⁺, La³⁺ and Nd³⁺ on the electrical properties of the resulting new compound ceramics. Measurements were performed in the frequency range from 10 Hz to 2 MHz, with the sample temperature varying from 300 K to 800 K. Two relaxation-type dispersion regions were observed in the impedance spectra. Using equivalent circuits, the electronic and ionic conductivities of these ceramics were separated from the obtained impedance spectra. It was shown that partial ionic substitutions can increase the electronic and ionic conductivities of ceramics, and their activation energies decrease. In addition, the dielectric spectra of the compound with Nd³⁺ were analyzed, which allowed us to identify two phase transformations occurring in this material.
