| Abstract [eng] | This thesis on endobronchial papillomas underscores the importance of consolidating current scientific knowledge and providing clinical insights through a detailed case report. Due to the rarity of pulmonary and endobronchial papillomas, each well-documented case offers valuable understanding of their clinical presentation, diagnostic challenges, bronchoscopic features, treatment options, and outcomes. By integrating a literature review with a representative clinical case, the thesis aims to clarify the existing evidence, address unresolved issues, and guide clinicians dealing with these uncommon yet significant lesions. The primary goal is to thoroughly evaluate endobronchial and pulmonary papillomas through literature review and a detailed case report, focusing on epidemiology, pathophysiology, and diagnosis. |
