Abstract [eng] The Covid-19 Pandemic which started in 2019 brough different challanges worlwide . Challanges such: economical , social, psyhcological challanges. These challanges during Covid-19 Pandemic affected to Labout market worlwide by affecting to working condition and mark it self too. Same time Covid-19 pandemic affected to Lithuania Labour Market. Pandemic significantly changed the daily work experience , mentaly well being during crisis, job stability. Study investigates how pandemic related factors infuenced to job satisfaction, employment security in Lithuania and examine the role of psychological factors in this relationship by using SEM ( Structural Equation Modeling). Main goal of study is provide main analysis of labour market outcomes during Covid-19 Pandemic by connecting economical and psychological factors. This research focus on how pychological distress fucntions as a key between external crisis conditions and individual labour market perceptions. To achive our goal structured survey was created and were done by employees from different working sectors in Lithuania. Questionare measured 4 main factors. Such as Pandemic effect, Pychological factors, job satisfaction and employment security. Pandemic effect realted to changes in working condition , workload, remote working conditions and organiztional change during Covid-19 Pandemic. Psychological Factors related to stress, anxiety, work-life imbalance during Covid-19 Pandemic. Job Satisfactios is about employees evalutation of their work experience while employment securty measures stability and continues of employment. The realibility and validity of measurement were confirmed through Cronbach Alha Coefficent and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. All analysis and factors indicates that survey items accuratly represent the main theorical concepts. To test hypothesized relationships and to asset both diret and indirect effect amonth the variable - Structural Equation Modeling was used for it.
