The master’s thesis consists of 56 pages, 19 figures, 20 tables, and 54 references. The main purpose of this master’s thesis is to analyze the opportunities and challenges of automating organizational change management processes. The thesis consists of three main parts. The first part of the thesis analyzes scientific literature related to the concept of organizational change, the essence and significance of change management processes, and the development of the need for automation in change management. It also examines the concept of automation, its models and principles, as well as the costs, advantages, and disadvantages of automating organizational change management processes. The second part of the thesis presents the methodology of the empirical research, including the objective of the research, the research model, data collection methods, research instruments, research sample, and characteristics of the respondents. The third part presents the characteristics of the analyzed organization and the results of the empirical research. The thesis concludes with conclusions and recommendations summarizing the findings of the literature analysis and the empirical research. The results of the study may provide useful guidelines for organizations planning the implementation of organizational change management process automation solutions. |
