Abstract [eng] This study examines the relationship between the perceived quality of informational content on digital information portals and consumer loyalty. In the context of rapidly evolving media ecosystems, where platform logic, algorithmic personalization, and fragmented audiences increasingly affect journalism, understanding consumer engagement factors is becoming vital for researchers and practitioners alike. The first part of the thesis analyses the conceptual nature of news portals and systematically establishes the main criteria used to assess the quality of content, including technical consistency, editorial integrity, emotional framing and interactivity. The following subsections explore how various internal and external factors, such as platform design, user co-creation, and commercial influence, shape the perception of content quality. Particular attention is paid to consumer behavior and loyalty, distinguishing between forms of emotional, habitual and behavioral loyalty. A review of the scientific literature allows you to establish theoretical relationships between the dimensions of content quality and loyalty. Based on these insights, a structured model is proposed. It explains how perceived quality of content affects loyalty through such intermediary variables as perceived value of content, perceived value of community, perceived credibility of the platform.
