| Abstract [eng] |
The rapid development of new IT technologies has significantly transformed International Human Resource Management (IHRM) practices in global organizations. Digital transformation has increased the need for organizations to adopt technological solutions that improve communication, coordination, employee management, and overall HR effectiveness across different countries and cultures. Therefore, understanding the influence of new IT technologies on IHRM outcomes has become increasingly important for international organizations. The aim of this study was to substantiate the influence of new IT technologies on International Human Resource Management outcomes. The study examined four major technological factors: digital skills and training, cultural adaptability, cloud and virtual tools, and data security, and their influence on IHRM outcomes. Both theoretical and empirical analyses were conducted. Quantitative research was carried out using a questionnaire survey, and 201 valid responses were collected and analyzed using SPSS statistical software. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and reliability analysis were applied in the study. The findings revealed that digital skills and training had the strongest positive influence on IHRM outcomes, followed by cloud and virtual tools and cultural adaptability. Data security showed a statistically insignificant relationship with IHRM outcomes. The study concluded that technological capabilities play an important role in improving international HR communication, workforce coordination, and organizational effectiveness in multinational environments. The study also provides recommendations for organizations regarding the implementation of digital technologies and employee training programs to improve IHRM outcomes. |
