Abstract [eng] |
Polymeric and metallic nanoparticles are extensively used in wide range of scientific areas. High interest in nanoparticles is due to new and unusual properties of materials that occur only at nanoscale. Polyaniline (PANI) is one of the most extensively studied conducting polymer. Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) possess unique optical properties and are among the most investigated metallic nanoparticles. The aim of this study was to investigate chemically and enzymatically synthetized or biocatalytically enlarged polymeric and metallic nanoparticles colloidal solutions by different methods for further biomedical and bioanalytical application. In this work, enzymatic PANI nanoparticles formation were studied. Optimal conditions of synthesis, size of PANI nanoparticles and initial polymerization rate were determined. Deposition kinetics of AgNPs from colloidal solution containing tannic acid on mica covered by the poly(allylamine hydrochloride) has been investigated. Physicochemical properties and stability of tannic acid solution and silver nanoparticles colloidal solution have been determined. Investigations of biocatalytic enlargement of AuNPs in colloidal solution and immobilized on the surface by various methods were performed. Dependence of biocatalytically enlarged AuNPs size on concentration of glucose was evaluated. |
