Abstract [eng] The article discusses the conditions of the rise of ecological ethics and its place in the applied ethics. Ecological ethics is considered both as scientific exploratory and academically as cstablished discipline, having indepcndent status and object. The risc of ccological ethics was determined by increasing contradictions betwcen the expansion of technological civilization and natural evolution, between technosphere and biosphere. The topic of this ethics was boro and developcd at thc junction of humanities and natural sciences, in the interaction of humanism and naturalism. Ecological ethics carries out very important functions in the society, the most noteworthy of them being the intcgration of „two cultures" - traditional - humanitarian, and thc new onc - scientific.
