Abstract [eng] The analysis can confirm that business influence work of journalists, which is also C. J. Bertrand’s statement. There are some proofs that media businesses owners can do an impact for journalist’s work enforcing to break the code of ethics and law. Journalists often cannot resist owners, because they are responsible for content to owners. Also, self-regulation mechanism is quite weak and journalists do think readers do not really care about the authorship. Internal ethical code of media could be a self-regulation instrument that helps publishers and journalists to understand each other and increase personal responsibility of individual journalists. Employees of regional press editorial offices believe that such codes or internal rules of ethics would increase individual responsibility; however, none of regional editorial offices have them now. So despite the fact that journalists working in regions consciously perceive the problem, they are still lacking professional skills towards the possibility to undertake actions and establishing media accountability systems.
