Abstract [eng] Due to the extremely broad applicability the enzyme immobilization by microencapsulation method is a very promising field because of the use of this method allows to immobilize high amounts of enzyme and control their selective and dosage release. Poly(urethane-urea) microcapsules (PUUMC) are very suitable for enzyme immobilization, because of they have good mechanical and thermal stability and biocompatibility. Therefore, such microcapsules can be adapted to industrial processes. In this work, poly(urethane-urea) microcapsules with immobilized maltogenic α-amylase (MG) were synthesized by the inverse emulsion method. PUUMC were synthesized from poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) or 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane modified PVA and various diisocyanates (DI) or blend of DI and various diamines. The yield of PUUMC shell, amino and isocyanate groups and element (Si, C, N, H) content, size distribution of PUUMC, surface area, pore size and total pore volume and thermal stability are determined. The influence of initial synthesis conditions such as molar ratio of PVA, DI and DA, catalyst concentration, synthesis temperature and time of PUUMC were determined. Immobilization of MG was carried out by two ways: after PUUMC synthesis or during it. The efficiency of MG immobilization and release ratio.
