| Abstract [eng] |
In this article the author analyzes general normative legal background in the regulation of the pre-trial resolution of administrative disputes, seeking prerequisites for the formation of the integral conception of it, its purpose and position in the Lithuanian legal system. The author investigates the existing legal notions and criteria decribed by general norms of law, which define the core legal characteristics of the pre-trial dispute resolution, its institutions and their functions, seeking to disclose and assess the problems of possible insufficiency of systemic general regulation of this legal institute. |
