Abstract [eng] Introduction Patients` outlook is influenced by various social, demographic factors, illnesses and their own expectations. The increased satisfaction with the received services is important as the patients who are satisfied with the consultations are more likely to follow the treatment plan, take a better care of their health, and follow a healthy lifestyle. That conditions better results of the treatment. Research goal To identify the factors determining patients satisfaction with primary healthcare services. Objectives 1. To study the relationship between the patients‘ sociodemographic factors and the satisfaction with PHC services. 2. To determine the link between patients‘ satisfaction and the features of chronic diseases, depression and anxiety. 3. To assess the importance of doctor and healthcare institution to patients‘ satisfaction with the services. Conclusion 1. The poorer satisfaction with the PHC services was determined by such sociodemographic factors of patients as masculine gender, older age, lower education, Russian nationality, place of residence out of the city. 2. Severe anxiety and depression symptoms, chronic illnesses and pain conditions poorer patient satisfaction with the services received. 3. Masculine gender of the doctor and older age negatively affect the satisfaction with services. Patients of private clinics evaluated the accessibility of the services better.
