Background / Objective. Discussions still continue concerning treatment tactics for appendiceal mass. The main endpoint of the study was to analyse appendiceal mass diagnostic measurements and treatment at Vilnius Emergency University Hospital. Patients and methods. Medical records for patients admitted with „appendiceal mass“ between 1992–2002 were reviewed.
