SUMMARY. Works contracts sector is of great importance, the economy, social relations and their development. Appropriately, in a clear and understandable way created contract is the parties' rights and legal interests of the collateral in the prevention of various conditions of the contract interpretation and resulting contract between the parties. Work price - one of the most important works contract, creates a legal expectation of both parties, so if you change the contract price very often there could be a parties' dispute. Most disputes arise in construction contracts, it presupposes the construction contracts to the specifics of their complexity and execution time. Works of the parties to agree on their most favored works pricing method contract consolidation implies different ways of changing the contract price, that is contract agreement for a fixed / specific works price of the change can be complicated. Master's thesis „Contractual works price change (increase or decrease)“ examines the main contractor of the works contract price change points, their problems, relevant case law. The relevant price change in different contracts, construction contracts, consumer contracts and FIDIC contracts concluded agreements. It is also considered works price change of public procurement contracts. This work covers fixed and non-fixed cost of the work exchange opportunities as well as works contracts set price change in possible three cases: • in accordance with the principle of freedom of contract, the parties can discuss the contract price change (increase or decrease) cases; • changing the subject matter; • when there is a substantial change in economic conditions. |
