The President and the State are usually connected into one formation, called “Mr. V. Putin is Russia” model. The latter could be assessed as generalization of all images, formed by experts as Mr. V. Putin’s individuality. Mr. V. Putin is positioned as the Ruler, the Imperialist, the War Propagandist, the Manipulator, the Political Actor, the Propaganda Coordinator. Moreover, other features, typical for one group of experts- the columnists, have been formed, too, calling Mr. V. Putin “Narcissus”, “KGB Agent”, “Criminal”. In the very beginning of Mr. V.
