Abstract [eng] Criminals personality is a very important object of researches which receives a lot of attention from scientists. In XXI century criminologists still actively analyse the concept of criminals personality and possible conditions of its formation The aim of the master‘s thesis is to educe the concept of criminals personality, analyse possible conditions of its formation and explore what is the conception and meaning of criminals personality in Lithuanian Penal Law and in the Court practice of the Supreme Court of Lithuania. In order to pursue the aim of master‘s thesis there were set main tasks: after analysing diverse nonfiction to educe the concept of criminals personality, to indicate biological and social conditions, which can possibly determine formation of criminals personality, also, to ascertain what is the conception and meaning of criminals personality in Lithuanian Penal Law and in the Court practice of the Supreme Court of Lithuania. According to diverse nonfiction and results of various researches, this paper educes the main trends of analysis of criminals personality, reveals the concept of criminals personality, discusses its structure and also briefly explains the differences between the concept of criminals personality and other suchlike concepts Also, a lot of attention is given to the singularity of the process of criminals personality formation, biological and social conditions (such like childhoods and family backgrounds, school background, influence of peer groups and mass media), which can likely determine the formation of criminals personality. Moreover, this paper includes the new tendencies of conditions, which influence the formation of criminals personality. Eventually, the master‘s thesis presents the conception and meaning of criminals personality in Lithuanian Penal Law and in the Court practice of the Supreme Court of Lithuania and also educes the main circumstances (persons behaviour before committing the crime, while the crime is being committed and after the crime is committed) which are important and helps the Supreme Court of Lithuania form the exemplar of criminals personality.
