Abstract [eng] The Relationship between Employee Innovative Behaviour and Job Insecurity during Change Implementation in Organization, Indrė Šauklytė, Vilnius, Vilnius University, 2018, 75. The aim of this study was to find out the relations between quantitative and qualitative job insecurity, work engagement, occupational self-efficacy, pro-change behaviour and innovative work behaviour and intention to quit. The sample consisted of 170 respondents 126 whereof told they were facing organizational changes at that moment. All the participants of research had to fill questionnaire which consisted of scales of quantitative and qualitative job insecurity, innovative work behaviour, pro-change behaviour, occupational self-efficacy, work engagement, intention to quit and questions about their social demographic characteristics. Research showed that predictors of innovative work behaviour and intention to quit are different depending on whether research participant is facing organizational changes. Moreover, results revealed that occupational self-efficacy, work engagement and pro-change behaviour partially mediate the relationship between quantitative job insecurity and innovative work behaviour during organizational change and also in a total sample.
