Companies that are offering custom services often require special equipment. Although painting booths look universal, they are classified in to many types and should be selected based on specific company needs. This article analyses which type of painting booth fits company X best and what modifications needed to perfectly fit production. Most suitable painting booth were selected. Criteria have been set to be modified by adapting the booth to heavy transport but maintaining efficient air flows. New flooring was designed, strength and air flow calculations were performed. Calculations of the economic benefits of modifications are presented in the work. |
