The subject of research: the impact of single feedback on efficiency of performance of female Pilates exercises Purpose of research: to establish the connection of efficiency of single feedback on performance of female Pilates exercises Tasks of research: 1. To identify the complexity of the Pilates exercises before and after application of single feedback. 2. To compare the complexity of Pilates exercises before and after application of single feedback. 3. To identify the interest in Pilates exercises before and after application of single feedback. 4. To compare the interest in Pilates exercises before and after application of single feedback Methods of research: 1. Analysis of the sources of scientific literature; 2. Questionnaire; 3. Blog; 5. Mathematical Statistical Analysis. Methods of impact: 1. Pilates exercises with a roller, 2. Pilates exercises with a ball, 3. Feedback. Conclusions: 1. The most difficult exercises before applying a single feedback were exercises for abdominal and torso muscles and the hand muscles (2,07 points), the easiest were massaging and stretching exercises (1.07 points), also the exercises for back muscles (1,40 points). 2. After applying the single feedback, the complexity of the exercises for back (Z = 2,24; p = 0,025) and leg buttocks (Z = 2,24; p = 0,025) were significantly reduced. 3. The most interesting exercises before applying single feedback were exercises for back (2.27 points), also massaging and stretching exercises (2.27 points), and the least interesting exercises were for hands (1.27 points), abdominal and torso (1.33 points). 4. After applying the single feedback, the interest in exercises of back muscle exercises (Z = 2.65; p = 0.008), legs and buttocks Z = 3.36; p = 0.001) and torso (Z = 2.89; P = 0.004) increased significantly. |
