Conclusions: The specificity of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in pleural diseases reaches 94.4%. Video-assisted thoracic surgery is an effective and safe method of treatment of lung and pleural diseases. Chemopleurodesis is very useful in the treatment of pleural fluid. |
