R. Wilson and G. McHugh (1993) proposed an analytical model for making a comparative analysis of profitability and liquidity ratios. It allows finding the best strategy of the enterprise while looking for the most efficient financial results. This model helps to evaluate not only the current financial situation, but also the results of the enterprise’ activities by comparing the four variants. |
