This article discusses the existing waste concepts. Scientists have expressed a lot of opinions on the concept of waste. this article summarises these opinions and enumerates five waste concepts: waste value concept, waste criteria concept, waste action concept, concept of waste as dangerous substances and zero waste concept. all the enumerated concepts are discussed in detail, explaining, what is waste based on the discussed concept. the article concludes that the number of waste concepts is determined by legal waste regulation which is not perfect and by the importance of waste problems. |
