| Abstract [eng] |
The article assesses whether the applicable rules of international criminal law fully reflect conventional and customary rules of international humanitarian law in the field of the right to choose means of warfare. It concludes that exhaustive list of war crimes stipulated by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court does not cover the entire body of applicable international humanitarian law and does not allow to reflect constant changes in this area of international humanitarian law. |
