The article describes the standpoint of competences upheld by knowledge, emphasizing that organization reaching for the competitive success needs to promote knowledge renewal, create and model the processes of knowledge management. This helps to developing individual creativity, organizational knowledge and experience into organizational work, creation of improved products and facilities. The problem-oriented analysis of competences and the evaluation of knowledge management measures helping to develop organizational competences reveals that not only deepening on and amplifying inSummaryternal competences in an organization, but also the interaction among organizations when they exchange and share knowledge establishing the networks of competeneces are very important. The author’s purely synergetic model of organizational competences and knowledge management demontrates that the combination of competences upheld by knowledge and integrated into organizational products, facilities, processes and works becomes an essential space of knowledge management activities and guarantees successful organizational performance. |
