Answering the question about the influence of new science on law we suggest that the new science should not only provide accuracy and reliability of scientific cognition to law, but also approximate law to solving real problems, i.e. the science of law should be attributed human values, as well as the social and cultural context. However, as the new paradigm asserts, time will show which way of science and practice will be the firmest. |
