The criminal law (in particular those who criminalizes certain acts) must correspond the following "technical" formulation's requirements like maximum equal and right description of the concept, the legal clarification of the concept, the priority of the formai signs to appreciable and blanket elements, the possibility to identify and demonstrate the elements of criminal act with the implement of the criminal procedure and so on. |
