The urban city structures, landscape, and the appreciation of nature's heritage became also a new trend; it was not only declared, but also implemented by the activities of organizations and scientists, and later became a tradition. The real estate heritage protection in the Vilnius area during the Polish occupation experienced an upswing, particularly during the years of annexation. From the historical perspective, looking at the items in the Vilnius area today, we can appreciate the heritage protection officials of the interwar period, who managed to keep the values and contribute to the preservation of what we now proudly call the heritage of Lithuania. |
