The subject matter of the article is analysis of the question whether arbitration agreement might be included in consumer contracts and whether there is a possibility to implement such agreements. In other words, it is sought to answer the question whether arbitration agreement is per se unfair condition or whether the evaluation of this issue depends on certain conditions. |
