| Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this article is to analyze the legal issues related to the nature of financial assets and financial instruments and their interrelation. For this purpose, respective categories of legal and economic disciplines are analyzed and compared. The analysis of the legal significance of financial instruments is based on the research of fundamental interaction between property law and the law of obliqations in creating intanqibles. The article has been prepared with the focus not only to the dogmatic legal analysis, but also to the comparative and historical analysis, taking in regard the economic considerations. |
