| Abstract [eng] |
This article aims to eveluate the regulatory features of the new institute of executives' personal liability in Lithuania (subjects; actions for which the sanctions for violation of competition law may be imposed and other issues). The article reveals current and potential problems of aplicability of the executives' personal liability institute, taking into account the relevant case law, experience of the foreign countries and carried ot scientitic studies on the matter. In addition, analysis of the possibility to improve the institute of executives' personal liability not only by regulating the administrative, but also criminal liability, which is being established by a growing number of EU Member States. |
