The article is composed of three parts: the first part deals with normativity of law and soft law concept; the second part deals with question of judicial (constitutional) review of soft law documents; the third part analyses the possibility of Lithuanian Constitutional Court to review constitutionality of the (onception of national family policy as soft law document. The main object of the article is, relying on the Lithuanian Constitution, to analyse the competence of the Constitutional Court regarding review of constitutionality of soft law documents. Thereiore, the author criticises the Court's position in undertaking the competence of constitutional review regarding soft law documents. |
