Shareholders' agreement is one of the most popular contractual legal tools to regulate relationships among shareholders regarding the management of the company in the Kingdom of Belgium. In contrast, legal aspects of shareholders' agreements are not directly regulated by the laws of the United Kingdom. ln this article author analyses legal aspects of voting agreement and securities lending agreement as types of shareholders' agreement, in the Kingdom of Belgium and the United Kingdom. |
