The article analyses the price modification possibilities during the performance of construction contracts. This issue is one of the most topical in construction contracts and leads to many discussions and disputes. The paper analyses the norms of positive law, judicial practice of the Supreme Court of Lithuania, the doctrine regarding the above mentioned issue. |
