This article analyses the latest amendments to the Law on Competition which concern joint ventures and seeks to reveal and assess the reasons and purposes of the new legal regulation, as well as shows specifics of harmonisation of the Lithuanian model of legal regulation oi joint ventures with that of the European Union. |
