This article is dedicated to the analysis of forest land use change limitation, as one of the legal measures for the protection of forest. The article reveals the specifics of forests as an object of legal protection, defines basic principles of their legal protection and describes some examples of their implementation, analyzes more in detail regulatory problems in the Republic of Lithuania of one of the means for the protection of forests – limitation of forest land use change. |
