Abstract [eng] Master's thesis examines the quality management of healthcare services. The purpose of this work was to investigate the quality management of healthcare services in primary care centres, in the case of a study choosing the Radviliškis district. In order to meet the challenges set, the analysis of the quality management of healthcare services in primary health care centres was conducted in literature, analysis of documents and analysis of the legal base. A semi-structured interview method is also used, with information from the five health care institutions (ASPI) managers in the region of Radviliskis, who are responsible for the quality and delivery of health care services. The work reveals the concept of quality of healthcare services, analysing concepts and characteristics of service quality, basic systems of service quality, models, methods, quality management standards. An overview of trends in healthcare services is being carried out both in the world and in independent Lithuania. The quality of healthcare services, its management becomes one of the priorities of improvement in health care both in Lithuania and abroad The need to continuously improve the quality, accessibility and patient-centred health care of healthcare, is highlighted in the strategic documents of the health care system and all of the Lithuanian economy in the further development of the Lithuanian Progress strategy \"Lithuania 2030\", Lithuanian Health Programme 2014 – 2025. In Lithuania, healthcare providers are changing, more and more primary care is taken over by private service providers, and competition between treatment institutions is developing, especially between public and private. The impact of information technologies on the quality of health care services, the institution's own needs, the public e-health system, and innovation to support high-quality services are growing. Quality health services help institutions to better meet patients ' needs, save resources, maintain existing ones and attract new patients, survive and develop together with growing patient needs and expectations in health Maintenance and quality of life. The investigation showed that the primary health care institutions in Radviliškis region use, as a medical audit and an outpatient health care Assessment Questionnaire, for the assessment of their quality of service.
