The questions of constitutional jurisprudence regarding constitutional understanding of law and other legal acts are analyzed in the article. Criterions of legality of recommendations of Prosecutor General of the Republic of Lithuania are defined in the article and problemics of their legal power to regulate procedural relationships are discussed. |
