The objective of the article is a Leader‘s life cycle process in an organization and the parties involved and concerned to realize their aims, as well as outside micro-, mezzo- and macro- level environment as a whole. According to the objective of the research a proper and complex analysis has been made with a view to adapt the methods of multicriteria analysis. As a result of the above mentioned methods used the objective was evaluated according to the leader‘s abilities in managerial, organizational, economic, social, legal, emotional, psychological and other aspects. The article presents the model of the complex analysis, the system and its application in practice for the Leader‘s life cycle in an organization. |
