The article analyzes the problematic aspects of non-compliance with the measures of penal effect applied as a part of a suspended sentence. It consists of a discussion of the current legal regulations as well as it includes a prospective analysis that focuses on the changes appearing into force in July 2012 due to the Probation Law. |
