In this Master’s final paper there are investigated the importance of communication in organization, it‘s structure, the significance of internal communication efficiency and it‘s ways of improvement. In theoretical part there are presented the standpoints of Lithuanian and foreign scientists in the field of internal organization communication influencing factors that affect internal organization communication. In practical part there was conducted the investogation of internal communication in Siauliai Country State Tax Inspectorate in terms of employees' opinions. Based on the results of the investigation there was concluded internal communication efficiency increasing model, communication efficiency conception, which set’s out recommendations of internal communication efficiency improving directions and opportunities in this organization. |
