Abstract [eng] The process of the child‘s socialization begins in the early childhood. At the time it is most favorable to consolidate children and human rights, to civilise respect and develop human values. The school is the most appropriate institution to achieve these purposes. During the lessons of the literature, the texts is being analysed, which effects pupil not only intellectually but also touches the emotions and develops the certain attitude to the imaginary situation, the hero’s actions, stimulates to assess his behaviour, expands and deepens the student’s social empowerment. That is why the integration of the child rights education in this subject area is appropriate and useful. The object of this work- a child rights training opportunities at school, on the basis of the literature textbooks. The aim- to analyse the children rights training opportunities, on the basis of the literature textbooks. The theoretical and content methods of the analysis was used for the research. Research methodology- humanistic, pragmatism training and hermeneutical. By studying texts of the literature coursebooks, the students are involved in the considerations of the problems or situations. One of the possible aspects of the text analysis is the children rights and their violations, enabling the integration of its education into the educational process. The rights of survival are represented in the principle of contrasts in the literature textbooks for the 5-10 classes: the right to food - hunger, the right to a home - their loss, the right to live in a caring family - an abandoned child, the right to life - death. In the texts where is possible to talk about the rights of the evolution and growth, the consciousness of the characters and addressee is required: he has to be social with his own opinions and spiritual values. The characters of the literature coursebooks who suffer injustice, violence, are despised and untended can be an example of how it is possible to convey the children right to be safe and cared. In the textbooks the child's right to participate in public life, to express what is important in their lives, to participate in peaceful assemblies, is revealed at the least.
