This master’s paper indicates the concept of the assessment of accessibility of adult learning, it analyzes and systemizes legal basis that regulates organization of adult learning, national research and theoretical works in assessment of accessibility of adult learning, conducted by various Lithuanian and foreign authors. The paper presents an analysis of statistical informacion that represents the assessment of accessibility of adult learning and the summary of opinion of organizers and users of education about subjective and objective adult learning accessibility factors. Paper proves hypothesis formulated by the author that the accessibility of adult learning is more legitimated than proposed and implemented by organizers of education and it makes the education of adult less available. |
