Currently trends in application of individual physical load prevail in case of training of athletes. Parameters of load during training sessions are adjusted individually to each athlete taking into account functional and physical characteristics of the athlete. The process of athlete training is a long-time educational process of specific structure and organizational form developing physical characteristics of an athlete, encouraging seeking for great results. Mesocycles in case of middle-distance runners are classified by taking into account training objectives, the place thereof in the mactrostructure of athlete training, variability of general and physical fitness indexes of athletes, the level of athletic achievement form. Training loads implemented by runners in medium duration training cycles (mesocycles) are classified by dividing them into aerobic, aerobic-anaerobic, anaerobic based on chemical processes occurring in the body. |
