The research data analysis has revealed that the motives of Recreation and Emotions, motives of health subscale, motives of good looking, and motive of delighting in doing smth, are important to both women and men who are engaged in exercise activities. Comparing the motives of physical activity between sex has revealed that for women the important motive is to have control of stress (3,52±0,96 balo). It has been found that the motives of Affiliation are less important to both women and men. The research has revealed that the motive of Challenge is more important for men than for women. moreover, it has been conveyed that the Social and embarrassment motives are important to men who are engaged in sports and least important to women (p˂0,05). The weight control motives are significantly more important to women than to men (p˂0,05). |
