Abstract [eng] Organizational culture is one of the most influential factors for organization success. In a well-designed organizational culture, company employers are more motivated to work better, more satisfied with their job, and show more loyalty to their organization compared with other organisations. In this article, a retail trade organizational culture sample is described. For this type of company, organizational culture is very important because the biggest part of its success depends on the satisfaction of the client which is guaranteed by satisfied and qualified employees.
