The article deals with the conception of the evidence-based practice, its main principles and application possibilities when coping with speech, language and communication pathology. Advantages and disadvantages of application of scientific research, i.e. systematic review, randomised control trials are surveyed, the data of the research of professionals’ attitude towards evidence-based practice is analysed. |
