The article reveals the conception of musical improvisation, analyses the attitude of future music teachers towards the possibilities provided by improvisation in developing creativity. The empirical part presents results of the pilot research revealing the level of self-assessment in the fields of improvisation, creativity of university undergraduate students of music pedagogy as well as their attitude towards the possibilities to apply improvisation in pedagogical activities. |
